You
Load your swing
Down-the-line or face-on · full body in frame · steady phone.
Pose engine idle.
Reads from the camera: posture, spine angle, knee flex, head stability, hip sway, body turn, arm-to-body connection. Club tool: auto-guesses the shaft and lets you drag it to fit, then estimates shaft lean and on-plane vs. your address line (the leading-edge / face checkpoints you still judge by eye on the frozen frame). Model comparison: grades each position against the checkpoint target windows, side-by-side against any reference swing you load, or against the built-in tour-caliber model — a stylized, idealized swing built from public fundamentals (the purple ghost), not derived from anyone's footage. This is a personal prototype.

Welcome to Checkpoint

A swing coach in your pocket, built on a repeatable checkpoint method. The flow takes about a minute:
  1. 1
Load your swing. Down-the-line or face-on, full body in frame, steady phone. Tap “Load video” — or just tap the box on the left.
  2. 2
Find the checkpoints. If the engine pill is green, tap Auto-find checkpoints. Either way, use ◀ ▶ to land on the exact frame and tag Setup, Takeaway, Top, Impact, Finish.
  3. 3
Place the club. Tracking sees your body, not the club — tap Place shaft and drag the two dots onto your shaft to check shaft lean and on-plane.
  4. 4
Read the lesson. Each position is graded against the target windows, with a coach's note and “today's two things.” Use Compare to put a model swing beside yours.
